Warren Andres

Warren Andres brings 46+ years of construction experience to ANDRES, having started his career as a union laborer before earning his BS from Trinity University (1980) and MBA from University of Dallas (1985).

Before joining ANDRES in 1994, Warren served as Senior Contract Services Representative at Walt Disney World Co. in Florida (1989–1994), where he managed large-scale entertainment and hospitality construction. The Disney experience — precision execution under brand-critical constraints — became foundational to ANDRES’s approach to hospitality and branded environments.

Warren’s industry leadership includes serving as Chairman of DFW AGC/TEXO (2005), Chairman of Texas Building Branch AGC (2018), and 12 cumulative years on the AGC Board of Governors. These relationships create institutional access to regulatory bodies, trade associations, and industry networks that compound with every project.

A Cistercian Prep alumnus (Class of 1977), Warren oversaw construction of the school’s Science Building, Library, Art Building, and athletic fields — and received the 2001 Jim and Lynn Moroney Award and Distinguished Alumnus recognition.
