Stephen Miller joined ANDRES in 2004 straight from the University of Oklahoma’s Construction Science program — and never left. Over two decades, he rose from project engineer to Chief Operating Officer, earning his MBA from UT Dallas along the way.
As COO, Stephen oversees daily operations across all three Texas offices, working directly with project teams to solve the unique challenges that define ANDRES’s complexity-first approach. His hands-on operational style reflects the company’s belief that leadership belongs on the jobsite, not in a corner office.
Stephen serves on the Board of Directors for TEXO, The Construction Association, and is an active member of The Real Estate Council — institutional relationships that reinforce ANDRES’s position in the Texas market.
