Wade Andres co-founded ANDRES Construction Services in 1991 and has served as CEO for over three decades. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a local Dallas contractor to a multi-market Texas firm ranked #20 on BD+C’s Top 150 Contractors nationwide.
A Cistercian Preparatory School alumnus (Class of 1975), Wade earned his BS from Trinity University and MBA from Oklahoma City University. He built the company’s reputation through a singular focus: client retention, employee longevity, and trade partner loyalty.
The result is measurable. ANDRES maintains repeat client relationships spanning 15+ years, leadership tenure averaging 25+ years, and trade partner partnerships that have survived multiple market cycles. Wade’s leadership created the conditions that made the 2017 ESOP transition possible — not as a financial event, but as a codification of the culture he’d already built.
