Carlos Trevino started on his father’s crew at KNJ Construction at age 19. He interned at ANDRES in 2007 during the Mosaic project and never looked back. Fifteen years later, he manages the most complex projects in the portfolio.
Carlos represents the ANDRES career path in its purest form: from intern to Senior PM on signature projects, with every step of growth happening inside the same company. His current project — The Cabana — is the most architecturally complex conversion in ANDRES’s history, requiring the kind of judgment that only comes from building institutional knowledge over 15 years at one firm.
