Kyle Reynolds

Kyle Reynolds took an unusual path to construction law. After graduating from UT Dallas (summa cum laude) and SMU’s Dedman School of Law (cum laude, 2020), he built a career through insurance defense litigation, risk management at Solis Women’s Health, and corporate/IP law — before recognizing that construction offered the most interesting intersection of risk, contracts, and operations.

As Corporate Counsel, Kyle oversees all legal matters, risk management, and contract administration at ANDRES. Licensed in both Texas and Washington, D.C., his broad legal background gives the company in-house capabilities that most contractors his size outsource entirely.
