Cody Whittle

Cody Whittle joined ANDRES in 2006 from Texas A&M and spent his first decade managing projects across Dallas, building a reputation for meticulous attention to detail on complex residential and mixed-use developments.

In 2016, Cody relocated to Houston to develop ANDRES’s presence in the state’s largest market — a bet on his ability to replicate the company’s culture in a new city. He was promoted to VP of Operations in June 2022, now leading all Houston operations. The Houston office’s growth under his leadership demonstrates that ANDRES’s model — same standards, same culture, same depth — translates across markets.
