Hunter Poole

Hunter Poole has spent 18 years at ANDRES, working across K-12, higher education, senior living, hospitality, multifamily, and mixed-use sectors. A former masonry project manager with GC experience at Caddell Construction, Hunter brings both trade-level and management-level perspective to preconstruction.

As Director of Preconstruction, he reports into Jeff Kempf’s department and serves as a key contributor to every project in the pipeline. His current portfolio includes The Exchange Phases 1–3, Victory Commons Phase 2, and Nexus Vivante — simultaneously managing preconstruction across three active developments.
