Josh Morrison

Josh Morrison joined ANDRES in 2015 with a Master’s degree in Occupational Safety and Health from Southeastern Oklahoma State University and a conviction that safety culture is built through consistency, not compliance.

As Safety Director, Josh created ANDRES’s “Work Safe, Home Safe” program — the company-wide safety initiative that governs protocols across 35+ active projects simultaneously. He holds OSHA 500 Outreach Trainer, CHST, and STS-C certifications, bringing institutional credibility to a discipline that too many contractors treat as paperwork.

His 11-year tenure means he’s overseen safety on virtually every major project ANDRES has built in the last decade — building the muscle memory that turns safety protocols into reflexive behavior across every jobsite.
