Jonathan Haywood joined ANDRES in 2001 from the University of Oklahoma and spent the next two decades managing projects across Dallas and Houston — adaptive reuse, hospitality, high-rise residential, continuing care, institutional, and commercial.
His portfolio breadth made him the natural choice for a role that didn’t exist at ANDRES until recently: Vice President of Relationship Development. Jonathan now manages client and trade partner relationships across new markets, leveraging 20+ years of project delivery experience to open doors that cold outreach never could.
The transition from Senior PM to relationship development reflects a broader truth about ANDRES: the people who build the projects are the same people who earn the next ones. Jonathan’s credibility with clients comes from having solved their problems on jobsites, not from a sales pitch.
