Randy Bessire has been at ANDRES for over 25 years — a quarter century of building across Dallas and Houston. A Texas A&M graduate, he oversees several active Dallas projects while managing ANDRES’s Houston operations.
Within ANDRES, Randy is known as much for mentorship as management. His deep construction knowledge and 25-year tenure make him the person younger PMs turn to when a project presents conditions they haven’t seen before. That knowledge transfer — senior leaders teaching the next generation through direct project involvement — is the ESOP retention advantage in practice.
