Loren Smith

Loren Smith graduated from Texas Tech University in 2014 with a 4.0 GPA, dual degrees in Spanish Language & Literature and Human Resources, and walked straight into ANDRES. He’s been there ever since.

As Director of Human Resources, Loren leads talent acquisition, employee development, safety training, and benefits administration across all three offices. His bilingual fluency in English and Spanish — native-level in both — is a practical advantage in an industry where clear communication across the jobsite workforce directly impacts safety and quality.

Loren’s 12-year career at ANDRES is itself a proof point: he grew from entry level to director within a single company, developing the HR infrastructure that supports 200+ employee-owners. When ANDRES celebrates its 10-year employee anniversaries — and there are many — Loren’s name is usually on the list.
