Jeff Kempf has spent nearly 40 years in construction, the last 28 at ANDRES. He joined in 1998 after graduating from Pittsburg State University’s Construction Management program in 1980 and building a career in preconstruction across the Dallas market.
As Senior Vice President, Jeff leads ANDRES’s Preconstruction Department across all three offices — Dallas, Austin, and Houston. Every project in the company’s pipeline passes through his team during its most critical phase: the beginning. His department sets the budgets, validates the scopes, and identifies the risks that define whether a project succeeds or fails.
Jeff’s 28-year tenure at ANDRES means he has institutional knowledge of virtually every major project the company has built. That memory — knowing which subcontractors perform, which details create change orders, which site conditions surprise — is the kind of competitive advantage that can’t be hired.
